Just print the page out, fill in all the information and either fax it to us at (972) 475-1074, scan it and email it to us at sales@kandmbldg.com , or US Mail: P.O. Box 1242 - Rowlett, Tx. 75030-1242 . We will then figure an estimate based on the dimensions you submit. (Please note that these are rough estimates and are subject to change. For a more accurate estimate, it will be neccessary to send a service person to accurately measure and make notes of any special circumstances.) We will then fax or email it back to you.
